Heartfelt appreciation to all doctors, nurses, carers and office staff who have cared for George over many years and especially to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and Douglas Macmillan Nurses at Home for their amazing care. Special thanks to all at Joseph Lymer & Son for their guidance with the funeral arrangements.
